DMCA Policy
MyInstantPlay respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are properly submitted to us.
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been reproduced on MyInstantPlay in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a DMCA takedown notice to:

Required Information
To be valid, your DMCA takedown notice must include ALL of the following:
- Your identification: Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material: The exact URL(s) of the page(s) on MyInstantPlay that contain the allegedly infringing content, together with sufficient information to allow us to locate the material.
- Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- Your signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has allegedly been infringed.
Response Time
We aim to process valid DMCA takedown requests within 72 hours of receipt. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take reasonable steps to notify the user responsible for providing the content.
Counter-Notification
If content you submitted to MyInstantPlay has been removed as a result of a DMCA takedown notice and you believe that the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the email address above with subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice". A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and its location prior to removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
Repeat Infringers
MyInstantPlay reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright under appropriate circumstances.
