Who Invited This Guy

“Who Invited This Guy” captures a familiar social reaction: someone has appeared, and nobody seems ready to explain why. The line carries a blend of disbelief, mock annoyance, and playful exclusion, making it easy to drop into conversations where an unexpected participant changes the mood. Its humor comes from the simplicity of the question—rather than arguing the point, the speaker immediately challenges the person’s right to be there.

As a soundboard clip, it works especially well after a friend enters a voice chat unannounced, joins a multiplayer lobby, or contributes an opinion that nobody requested. It can also punctuate a strange image, an awkward video moment, or the sudden arrival of an unfamiliar character in a group setting. The wording is direct enough to be instantly understood, while the exaggerated attitude gives it a distinctly meme-ready quality.

The clip is most effective when the timing is slightly theatrical: wait until the newcomer has settled in, then let the question land as a mock interrogation. It can be aimed at a person, a pet wandering into frame, a bizarre object in a photo, or even a completely irrelevant comment. Depending on delivery, “Who Invited This Guy” can sound genuinely baffled, lightly teasing, or dramatically offended—making it a versatile reaction for chats, streams, gaming sessions, and everyday banter.
