Pozor Pozor Kermis

The phrase “Pozor Pozor Kermis” sounds built to command attention before anything else happens. “Pozor” is Czech for “attention” or “watch out,” so the repetition creates the rhythm of an announcement being projected across a public space. The reference to Kermis adds an event-like, festive flavor, making the clip feel less like a genuine emergency and more like an exaggerated fairground, street, or loudspeaker call. That contrast is where much of its comic appeal comes from.

Its short, direct structure makes it easy to recognise even when played over conversation, gameplay, or a busy video edit. The voice has the kind of ceremonial urgency that can turn an ordinary moment into a staged public notice: someone has entered the room, a questionable decision has been made, or an absurd development deserves official recognition. The alternate name “pozor-telegram” also suggests a concise bulletin-style identity, though the core effect remains the same—an emphatic verbal signal that demands a beat of attention.

On a soundboard, “Pozor Pozor Kermis” works especially well as a playful interruption, a mock announcement, or a deliberately overdramatic warning. It can introduce a punchline, punctuate a sudden change in a stream, or add Czech-language flavor to a multilingual meme exchange. The clip’s value lies in its clarity and theatrical directness: two repeated words, instantly noticeable, with enough festive oddness to make the interruption funny rather than merely loud.
