Kentut

The title “Kentut” is Indonesian for “fart,” so the joke is wonderfully direct: press the button, and the room suddenly has an imaginary culprit. The sound’s appeal comes from that familiar contrast between a quiet setup and an audio punchline that is impossible to treat seriously. It belongs to the oldest and most reliable category of comedy—deliberately juvenile, instantly understood, and especially effective when dropped at exactly the wrong moment.

On a soundboard, “Kentut” can punctuate an awkward pause, undercut an overly dramatic statement, or add a ridiculous reaction to a gaming mistake. It also fits meme videos, prank calls, casual voice chats, classroom-style jokes, and short-form edits where a single sound has to communicate the entire punchline. Timing matters more than volume: a restrained placement after someone makes a bold claim can be funnier than stacking it into a noisy sequence.

Because the humor is bodily and intentionally silly, this clip works best in relaxed, informal settings where everyone understands the joke. It can serve as a comic interruption, a mock accusation, or a nonsense response when words would only make the moment less funny. “Kentut” keeps the concept simple, recognizable, and ready for maximum childish impact.
