Aku Jijik Sama Mas

“Aku Jijik Sama Mas” translates roughly to “I’m disgusted by you, bro” or “I’m grossed out by you, sir,” depending on the relationship and tone behind the delivery. The phrase is direct, personal, and intentionally dramatic, which gives it strong comedic value when placed after something embarrassing, overly confident, or simply impossible to defend. The use of “Mas” adds an Indonesian conversational flavor: it can be a familiar way to address a man, while still sounding pointed when paired with “Aku Jijik,” meaning “I’m disgusted.”

As a soundboard clip, its appeal comes from the contrast between ordinary conversation and exaggerated rejection. It can punctuate a friend’s terrible take, react to an awkward message, or turn a mildly questionable moment into a full-scale verdict. The wording is short enough to land quickly, yet expressive enough to communicate a complete emotional response without additional explanation.

The clip also carries a distinctly Indonesian internet-humor sensibility, where a plain spoken sentence can become funnier through timing, repetition, and dramatic placement. Use it sparingly for maximum impact: the funniest moment is often the sudden interruption after someone says or does something that absolutely invites judgment. Its tone can read as mock-disgust, playful teasing, or genuine disapproval, depending on the surrounding conversation and delivery.
